I know recent version of EE will auto detect the server resources like CPU and memory, and then customize the NGINX and PHP scripts to those values. What does rtCamp suggest we change after resize the server. For instance after the CPU goes from 1 to 2 and memory from 1gb to 2gb

You can refer this file to change various after server resize.
