Cannot scroll the page?

When I click on the media in buddypress profile to add photos the page cannot scroll down, so I can’t add any media? I thank you in advance!

I think you are using evolve theme. Please add this CSS code in rtMedia -> Settings -> Custom CSS box

.media {overflow:auto ! important}

Hope it will solve the scrolling issue.
