Youtube url not displaying as video in the activity stream if text is added

Hi I checked several topics here but I couldn’t solve the problem.

When I upload a video URL ( just the url with nothing else) and post it to my activity feed, than i get a nice youtube video. Playable directly in the activity. Like it should be, so that is great.

BUT if I add the same URL and than write some words after the link, the post will than only show the link as text link and NO video frame will be shown. That is weird. Any idea how to solve that ?

This feature is a part of BuddyPress itself.

You can check it with rtMedia plugin disabled.
