"You're about to be redirected" message

I've tried just about every tutorial online to get rid of that message that says "You're about to be redirected. Do you wish to be redirected"

I get this message whenever I visit my old blogger blog through a search engine or bookmarked post. This is hurting my traffic.

How do I get rid of this message so that visitors are automatically carried over to my new wp site???
