I only have two plugins, rtmedia and buddy press.

I changed to default theme and buddy press theme. Nothing worked.

What is not working for you? What error you are getting?

It isn’t showing the images I add and when I click Media I get a 404.

Have you flushed the permalink structure? try that and re-save it.
