Which is the correct update process for V3 & V4?

Hi, i have doubts about the correct process to update my server, i don’t know if i need to use “apt update & apt upgrade” and after that use “ee update” or just doing an “ee update” is enough to update EasyEngine and my OS?

The doubt apply for EasyEngine V3 & V4
