This looks a nginx configuration issue.
When you go to a URL like http://rtcamp.com/purge/blog from your browser, you will should either see Successful purge message (if page was present in fastcgi_cache) or 404 Not Found message (if page was not cached before). 403 Forbidden error most likely means Nginx config error.
You can paste Nginx config here. I will try to debug it.
Sorry no that not it… made an error in in allow deny IP. If I leave that out I get this and still there is no purging of the POST (when editing). I mean the option is not in the configuration either. Are you saying that the purging should purge a post after editing? Because there is no mention of it.
