What is 22222 directory? and nginx: [emerg] "tcp_nopush"

i have a directory 22222 in my /var/www/22222. doing a test with nginx -t gives me: nginx: [emerg] “tcp_nopush” directive is duplicate in /etc/nginx/conf.d/ee-plus.conf:6 nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed.

any can help me how solve it?
