Hi there! We've had the worst time getting a friend of mine up and running after switching over to Wordpress from blogger ... I've switched to your plugin in the hopes that will help the situation. No dice. The redirection isn't working ...
I went over everything with tech support at Hostgator and the problem supposedly isn't a redirect issue since he whitelisted as per the steps in one of your support posts, so much as an error in the template html - I think.
When you view the code in the template editor (on Blogger) everything looks fine, but when you use the web sniffer site (not sure of the name offhand, sorry!) and run the old URL through there doesn't seem to be an error I can easily spot?
Her old blog was set up at http://abirdandabean.blogspot.com while the new one is set up at http://abirdandabean.com
I honestly can't remember if she had the domain set on the blogger blog beforehand but doubt it as all her old links on Pinterest point to the blogspot url.
