Website is working but ee site list doens't show it

Hi, Following the upgrade today to 3.1, my website still works but when I do ee site list or ee site edit, I get a “site does not exist” error. How can I fix that?

Hi…

EasyEngine uses its own database for site information storage. May be your database is outdated. You can sync EasyEngine database with site information using command ee sync

Or is there a way to edit ee own database manually? Where is it stored?

It’s been a long time, and we haven’t heard from you. It looks like your issue is resolved.

Abyways, ee sync will automatically update ee database to have consistent information.
