W3TC after EE wpfc Install

Just wondering what rtCamp does to the W3TC settings after a ee site create example.com --wpfc

I’ve read your https://rtcamp.com/wordpress-nginx/tutorials/single-site/w3-total-cache/ tutorial, but that is for non EE sites. Can you either create a similar page for ee sites, or address the following questions:

Do you edit the W3 Total Cache settings at all after an ee --wpfc install?

Most W3TC features are off, and I bet we only want one or two of them considering how NGINX does most of the heavy lifting, but for instance: Database Cache and Object Cache? They are not enabled, it would seem worth it to turn on, no?

thanks again
