Hi W3 Total Cache Plugin is not rewriting cdn urls anyway to fix this issue
There’s an incompatibility with PHP7. We reverted to php 5.6 to solve it. Or you can mod the plugin, we decided to wait for them to fix it rather than mod plugin.
