Quick question! On the URL upload, it appears to only accept one URL at a time. I’ve tried putting separate URL’s on each line, comma separating them, etc… Is this working as intended or am I doing something wrong?

Yes, it is known behavior. It will accept one URL at a time but yeah nice suggestion. We will look into it.
