Just migrated a website from one Digitalocean account to another.
Had the website previously on a subdomain and used updraft plus to migrate to the new domain.
Now the new domain redirects to the subdomain version of the website. need to edit the site URL and home URL of the website to new domain.
Looking for urgent help.
The simplest thing to try is adding the following in the wp-config file if the redirection is happening from WordPress.
define( 'WP_HOME', 'https://example.com' );
define( 'WP_SITEURL', 'https://example.com' );
Fixed it by using a different migration plugin. thanks for the help.
Will save this for next time.
