We are having problems with MP4 playback. We are able to upload, but when we do, the player only produces audio, no video. Help?

Please once check with WordPress default theme and other plugins disabled.
You can also check error logs, if you find any error there. We have tested it and it is working on our end you can check on demo site as well -> http://demo.rtcamp.com/rtmedia/.
