Upload button doesn't work anymore

Hello. I have been using RT Media without a problem for over a year, but today when I went to add photos I clicked on the upload button as normal but their is no response at all. The ‘Options’ button works (to add an album) but the actual 'upload button does not function or give any error or anything.

Please once check it by activating WordPress default theme and also by disabling other plugins on your site.

Hello, thank you for getting back to me. I believe the problem occurred when updating wordpress, thankfully developers were able to fix it. All the best.
