Unable to upload files

Hi

I’m new with wordpress and RT Media plugins, I installed the plugins and now I can see the media gallery page but I cannot see the Select File button and cannot drag and drop image neither when I go to my Profile .

Hello @efortinca,

It looks like there is some JavaScript conflict. Please once try to upload media to your profile by activating any default theme of WordPress ( 2013/2014/2015 etc. ) and deactivating other plugins on your website ( except rtMedia and BuddyPress ).

It will work properly.
