Total Newbie trying to migrate blogger subdomain ->blogger custom domain -> WP

Hi!
Forgive the ignorance here. Here’s the deal:
Currently have: Subdomain in Blogger. Trying to get to Wordpress. Have a custom domain through BlueHost.
Now at first step to add custom domain to blogger before attempting migration.
Stuck at ‘Host Record’ in DNS Zone Editor. What is the ‘Host Record’ supposed to be named?

If you want to migrate blog from subdomain.example.com (blogger) to example.com (WordPress), then no need to change the DNS records.
But if you want to use the same subdomain.example.com for WordPress blog as well, then use the bluehost hosting IP address for the subdomain, which might be assigned as CNAME or A record.
