Thumbnails oversized

Hi

Just a clue to an issue here plaese. After uplaod of a video a thumbnail is automatically displayed. This seems to be oversized. Once you edit and select the thummbnail or change to another then the image is the correct size. What controls the the size of the automatically displayed thumb and ow can I change this

Thanks again

Danny

Hi Danny,
Yes, the thumbnail size is 150 * 150. Can you check for other videos as well that whether thumbnail size is 150 * 150?

Hi Ritesh
Yes the thumbs that display automatically have a 150*150 sizing applied to them

When I use the edit to select a thumb the 150*150 is not applied. Is this sizing derived from the RtMedia thumb setting? If so do I change that to the size of my activity viewer? If so wont that effect the size of the thumbs in the media gallery, As my activity player is set to 500*296 if I change the thumbnail setting to this it is going to make the thumbs in the Media Gallery far too big. See attached for my RtMedia settings

Thanks
Danny

Hi Danny,
You are using rtMedia encoding service right? If so, all the thumbnails will be store in WordPress upload folder and not in rtMedia user specific folders. In your site all the video thumbnails are coming from rtMedia user specific folders. You can check our demo site for that -> http://demo.rtcamp.com/rtmedia/
