I’ve downloaded the new plug-in to find that there is still an issue with no video thumbnails being generated. Please advise, is this on my end or yours? Also, is this not a major feature needed for others using this plug-in? I can never find information on whether or not there are technical issues unless I ask. Something like this not working should be reported daily so the users know what’s going on.

Video thumbnail generation should work fine with the newly uploaded media.
Could you please specify if you are facing this issue with newly uploaded media or the already uploaded one?
If the issue exists with fresh uploads then let us know the format of the video as well.
Additionally, could you please share your website URL and link of the video for which you are facing thumbnail generation issue so that we can look into it?
