Strange error 500 coming randomly

my site is facing random 500 error since few days. I thought it would be from data center upgrade but its coming quite frequently.

I’ve checked logs and found nothing over there. restart docker and server few times. here is my website url.

what could be the reason behind it?

To debug this kind of issue, ee log show will be helpful. It will be more helpful than checking logs manually as it will show logs of nginx, php and nginx-proxy together.
