Simply not working

I have installed your buddypress media plugin.
I have entered my partner ID, password and email.
I have entered the server URL as http://www.kaltura.com

I upload pictures and when the process is completed :

  1. it says that it will present them as a video for some reason
    and
  2. I just don’t see anything on my website.

Please help.
