According to the answer to this Question / Ticket, the answer is NO.
But @rtCamp @rahul286 recommends.
And Fastcgi itself installs the W3TC plugin through Easyengine.
So who’s right?
Can anyone explain in detail?
Well Fast cgi cache page and store it in memory so You can Skip Page cache option in W3TC and You can use W3TC for Object and Database cache Which will help Logged in user and also decrease page generation time
