I can’t translate “Add Album” (under options javascript menu). I tried to translate it in the .po file but this particulary 2 words don’t want to translate. I also tried to change it directly in the .php (something like template function .php) but nothing…

Well, I have translated the .po file but Add Album is still in english. I was thinking that maybe, it's due to rtmedia pro ? (which still not has a language file)
Other thing, how can I have put a best voted gallery and most view gallery ? Is there a shortcode for that ? Where can I modify the shortcode ?

Translation will be updated in next release.
Regarding gallery, there isn't any shortcode but instead there is a gallery widget for the same in rtMedia-PRO. Please check this doc -> https://rtcamp.com/rtmedia/docs/admin/sidebar-widgets/galleries/
