What could be the problem ?

Its working fine at our end. Can you please check the error log to see what error you are getting? And can you please provide the error details so that we can debug the issue.

It will be hard for us to debug the site without knowing the error log of your site/server.

Sorry for the late reply. Are you facing this issue while saving rtMedia settings or other places also cause this is a database error and seems to be caused by bbpress. Can you please check if rtMedia settings are working fine by disabling other plugins?.
Everything remains unchanged !
plugin rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress Version 3.5 works well ,
plugin rtMedia Pro Version 1.9.4 does not save settings.
Everything turned save in Google Chrome, Opera does not save in the Settings.
