Server error at member gallery site

Hello!
I dont know what this means…mybe it´s a theme or plugin problem.
Everytime I want to click as a logged in member to my gallery
Example http://hinrichs66.dlinkddns.com/site/mitglieder/oliver/media/
I get this error ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.
The strange thing is, that
http://hinrichs66.dlinkddns.com/site/media/ works.
And really strange is, that it shows the gallery of the testmember if he is logged in but whithout offering the normal features.
I thought http://Domain/media has to show all media which has been set to public…
What I have to do to let a logged in member access his Gallery incl. the features of creating album upload delete and so on ?

Thankyou very much
Oliver

Hi Oliver,
/media is getting handled by rtMedia. If nothing set it will set context to the current user and displays media accordingly.

I checked this link -> http://hinrichs66.dlinkddns.com/site/mitglieder/oliver/media/ but page is not loading.

Hello Ritesh !
Thanks for your fast answer.
Yes… the link you tried don´t load…there you geht the servererror.
But I forgot to give enough Data to test and maybe sometimes my site don´t work because it´s just a private testserver.
If you go here first http://hinrichs66.dlinkddns.com/site
then login for example with these data :
User : Mitglied1
pass : test
after that if you click on “Medien” at buddymenu above the posts which should normally show
the media of the user Mitglied1 nothing happens the site don´t oad becaus of this servererror.
But if you manually change the url inside the browser from

http://hinrichs66.dlinkddns.com/site/mitglieder/mitglied1/media/
to
http://hinrichs66.dlinkddns.com/site/media/

then you get shown the media of member Mitglied1 but without all possible features rtmedia offers.

I dont really understand what you´ve said. What do you mean if nothing set ?
What does I have to do to set nothing ?

Thankyou very much to help me !!!

In this URL -> http://hinrichs66.dlinkddns.com/site/mitglieder/mitglied1/media/ context is set to the user “mitglied1”. Now in this URL -> http://hinrichs66.dlinkddns.com/site/media/ there isn’t any user set and that’s why it will take default user as loggedin user and that’s because of what you can see the loggedin user’s media only.

Hello Ritesh !

Yes I also think so, but how can I fix it?

I just wont the logged in member to be able to get there Media´s with there url
like that
http://hinrichs66.dlinkddns.com/site/mitglieder/mitglied1/media/
Is it a question of rtmedia settings or buddypress settings or should there be some corrections in theme or something else?
I dont know why the context isn´t set to the user…
I uploaded media as a logged in member, but when I click
http://hinrichs66.dlinkddns.com/site/mitglieder/mitglied1/media/
after that the context isn´t set to the member, that´s because I get the load failure I think.

bye
Oliver

Hello Ritesh !

Does this maybe help ?

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘rtmedia_main_template_include’ not found or invalid function name in C:\xampp\htdocs\site\wp-includes\plugin.php on line 192

rtmedia_main_template_include is the filter for template in case you want to use different template for rtMedia pages.
Check rtMedia with default WordPress theme and with other plugins disabled. It might be some other plugin conflict or theme related issue.

Hello Ritesh !

I just made a step ahaed.
Now I definitely know that my theme is the problem.
My theme is atahualpa.
(take a look at attached picture)
What does this theme have to have to show media correctly ?
There is no formatting an no link working…

Thanks
Oliver
