[Serious privacy issue] Has anyone been able to stop displaying the admin bar to ALL USERS?

So yeah, long story short, my admin bar (dashboard, gravatar pic, settings) are showing to everyone! Caching/purging issue of course.

How do I stop it ? (nginx helper, of cours)
