I am using Easy Engine with Redis Cache. (port 6379)
I have the wordpress blog servered well on my Mac, PC and Linux machines.
FOr one of my HP laptops and iphone i see Welcome to NGINX! sign.
Why is that? Can you please advice.

It seems like they’re not sending the correct HTTP request for your site.
It could be a DNS issue. Is your domain’s IP address hardcoded in your hosts file on the other machines? Also, are your Apex records correctly set at your DNS provider for your domain?
