I like to develop Wordpress themes using rtPanel but i have one question in my mind regarding Wordpress CSS Coding Standards of rtPanel as why it is not following Block Style CSS Coding Standard?? Even Wordpress default themes twentyeleven and twentyten follow this standard and also some Wordpress Theme Frameworks like Thematic and Genesis follow this standard.

Good to see your interest in rtPanel.
The block style is not followed as it’s easy for developers to debug and update the theme furthermore it also reduces the file size.
However, if you would like to follow the block style, all you need to do is to use this online tool, to convert the stylesheet in block style.
