Rtmedia pro is not working

I installed the free version of Rtmedia and it worked fine on my website. I purchased Rtmedia pro, uploaded it the activate and all the tabs on buddypress profile page were not working (meaning, you can not click on any of the tabs in buddypress profile). I wonder if anybody encounter the same problem and/or know how to fix the problem.
