rtMedia Pro Gallery Question (need help with two things)

Hello, first off thank you for this amazing plugin it is just what we were searching for.

  1. How can I add a gallery shortcode to the buddypress members profile page that plays only 1 video that they have uploaded and selected as the video that will play. Only that 1 video is in that gallery and they can change it as they wish. It is kind of an introductory video to the page where the user introduces himself/herself. Therefore, just need a shortcode (or whatever other method is best) to have one video thumbnail show from a specific gallery that only has one video chosen as the video that is to be played.

  2. How can I go about that on a certain page, instead of the video opening up in lightbox (like facebook with the rating, comment etc.), the video opens up in a certain container (I made a frame for it) and the rating, comments etc. appear to the right of it?

  1. Featured media feature is just perfect for your requirement. You just need to enable Set Featured for videos from {your site URl}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rtmedia-settings#rtmedia-types page so that user can set their featured video. Check this document for how to Set featured media -> https://rtcamp.com/rtmedia/docs/user/set-media-featured/. You need to override BuddyPress member template to show featured media.   2. You are talking about some other lightbox I think. You can disable default lightbox which came with rtMedia and can apply your own one but, than it will disable rtMedia lightbox from all the pages and not from some particular pages.
