Hello Friends, I have just started using wordpress and I am using rtmedia free version for uploading different kinds of media. I basically have following two questions if rtMedia can do following things in free or paid version. Q1> Can i have a threshold limit on the total amount of media that a user can upload e.g. 1GB and then i can ask users to buy additional space that i can allocate them according to the plan they take. Q2> How can i delete media. I could not find option to delete media from the website.

The user upload limit feature is a part of rtMedia Pro add-on. Please have a look the pro feature http://docs.rtcamp.com/rtmedia/addons/rtmedia-pro/features/per-user-upload-quota/. And as you want your user should subscribe the upper plan after limit is exceed, then you can check our rtMedia membership add-on http://docs.rtcamp.com/rtmedia/addons/membership.

The delete media option is present in rtMedia Free plugin http://docs.rtcamp.com/rtmedia/features/delete/. I hope you have tried to delete your own media.

I am glad to know that you guys have a feature for my requirement in paid version. However I cannot find the delete options as you had instructed. I checked the delete features on the rtMedia features but i cannot find the delete options as displayed. I am attaching a screenshot for your reference. Please let me know if you would require anymore information.
The delete media button can be found when mouse hover on lightbox or thumbnail of that image.
