Rtmedia plugin doesnt shown in forum

i have installed rtmedia plugin but it doesnt shown in forum

after activating plugin may site doesnt change and there is no part for uploding picture,whould you help me with this problem?

If you do not wish to use other rtMedia-PRO feature, and only looking for bbpress attachment support, you may try - http://wordpress.org/plugins/gd-bbpress-attachments/
