Each time a photo in Rtmedia is uploaded on my website then it shows only the image title in the activity stream without a thumbnail. When you click on the title the photo is opened in the lightbox. What can be the problem ?

It should work fine as it is one of the basic features of rtMedia. Please, once troubleshoot this issue by activating any default theme of WordPress and deactivating other plugins on your website. This will eliminate the possible conflicts.
