RtMedia not working

hi, i had downloaded the rtmedia free version. When i installed the rtmedia it does show the media tab on the buddypress profile page. But when i click on the media tab then error occurs, No page is found. If i want to upload an image using the buddypress activity tab it just stuck at 0%. Any help will be appreciated.

Regarding the uploading in the BuddyPress activity you would need to type a status and then click on the "Post Update" button for the upload to start.
