Rtmedia not work with User Switching plugin

Hi, at this moment rtmedia stops working with the User Switching plugin on groups and profile page. https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-switching/

The activity update is published, but without image. On “action” says activity update, instead “rtMedia Update”: https://i.imgur.com/Ss3RC3e.png

I can upload an image only on the global activity page.

Is there a fix for this bug?
