Hi @Dpitt014,

Please make sure you have set ‘Enable media in profile’ to ON under BuddyPress tab from rtMedia settings.

@pranalipatel hi, Ive made sure that everything was on. I’ve tried many things, but it still isn’t working. Any more suggestions?
