rtmedia_gallery shortcode not working

I’m using:
[rtmedia_gallery global=“true” media_type=“photo”]

and getting:
“Oops !! There’s no media found for the request !!”

Nothing works.

  • Is there a way to display “members only privacy” photos to just members with shortcode (when it will work)?

Hi Shiko,
Please check privacy of media. Gallery shortcode with global = true will only show public media.

I did check and have public photo.
Not working.
After searching an answer in this forum, I noticed i’m not the only one who couldn’t make it work.

Hi Shiko,
You can check our demo site -> http://demo.rtcamp.com/rtmedia/. Shortcodes are working fine without any issue. Try disabling other plugins and also check with WordPress default theme. If that didn’t help try testing it on a fresh WordPress setup.
