Rtmedia does not work well with BP after install Redis

Hi Rtmedia guys,

In our MU sites, after I install Redis, and activate Nginx Helper, I can not upload images both in BP activity and BP personal profile, it show nothing there after upload.

Anyway to resolve this issue please, thanks a lot.

Hello @alexlii,

We have tested rtMedia with Redis and Nginx Helper and the media uploads are working fine. We are unable to regenerate the issue.

To debug your issue further, please once try uploading media by deactivating other plugins and activating any default theme of WordPress.

Note: Update rtMedia to its latest version if you have not already.
