rtMedia and Cinematix theme problem

Hi
I have wordpress 3.8,
buddypress 1.9.1,
rtMedia 3.5

The problem is that I cannot make it work with my Theme(the tabs). I have tried deactivating the plugins, reinstalling rtMedia 3.5 and later versions, reinstalling the theme files, no luck
could you please help me with my problem?

Did it worked with WordPress default theme?

If it works with default theme and not with your theme than try the solution suggested here -> https://rtcamp.com/rtmedia/docs/developer/templating-system/theme-media-tab/
