Remote MYSQL missing ee.conf

Hello,

I am using EEv4 and I have a remote MySQL server. I am trying to migrate a website currently in production. I was following this tutorial

But in one section the /etc/ee/ee.conf file is missing I’m guessing it’s different in EEv4 and that documentation is for EEv3

Is there another guide for EEv4 to make remote MySQL connection or migrating wordpress site?

No, not yet. Had to put troubleshooting this to the side while I worked on other stuff
