Redis Caching Wordpress

Using Nginx and Ubuntu PHP-fpm 7.

I saw two guides for Redis on your site but I am confused as to which one to use.

any ideas?

I just do:

ee site create domain.com --wpredis

Or:

ee site update domain.com --wpredis

EE does everything but configuring object cache. However, it provides instructions after creating or updating the site.
