Up until recently 5 Star Ratings and View Counts have been working on my site. Now they’re not working. Views are not going up and I cannot see the Stars in order to rate the media. Instead I only see: (Rating: NA). When hovering over it, it changes to (Your Rating: NA). There’s no stars displayed so the media cannot be rated.
The other issue I have is opening Documents in the lightbox. If I open a Document from the Albums page or Single Media page it opens okay, but when trying to open a Document that is listed on an Activity Feed the lightbox doesn’t show the Document but instead shows a duplicate of the website’s page… almost as if a new page has opened inside the lightbox instead of the media.
