Profile - Media broken but Groups Media works

I'm using the CityLevel theme by PandaThemes, for some reason the Media tab in the member profile is broken, though the Media tab in Groups renders fine.

For example, this is broken: http://xoolon.com/members/tom/media/

Here's a group one that's working, though the page renders badly afterwards (as if broken HTML, haven't had time to look) http://xoolon.com/groups/support/media/

Anyone any ideas?
