I want members’ profile pictures/image to show alongside all request sent by them to other people’s email address. Like friend request sent, public/private message set to other other members , provided the receiver of the message receives it via his/her email e.g yahoo,gmail etc.

Sending friend request is the feature provided by BuddyPress and its not in our control but if you want to change it then you need to override BuddyPress templates ( https://codex.buddypress.org/themes/theme-compatibility-1-7/a-quick-look-at-1-7-theme-compatibility/ ) and make the changes as per your requirement .
