When trying to update the table structure after the latest update I receive this error msg. over and over. “Error During Migration, Please Refresh Page then try again” WP v4.0

Is there any js console error or server error during that upgrade process?
Sorry I have been busy. The problem resolved itself out. Not sure what the cause but as I said it is resolved.
