Privacy Control Not working

Hi there,

I have privacy settings in the rt plugin set to only allow logged in users to see uploaded content, but if you click here: http://www.thelaw.agency/forums/topic/required-probate-codes-2016/

anyone can see the content, even those not logged in.

Please advise.
