i would like to make my website playing a short sound, just a feedback

when user clicking or touching the menu

is there a workaround or inspirebook can provide me a code to place inside the themes

You need to write a custom code Javascript, CSS and HTML for many things like menu, profile, buttons, etc and then provide sound file. This will require more customization. You may find number of online tutorial or hire a developer to do so.
