Can you please tell me the exact issue you are facing.

And you can only see and tag your BuddyPress friends with rtMedia Photo Tagging.

Few suggestions :

  1. Please check if it creates any conflict other plugins
  2. You can also have a look at your error log to check if there are any errors

Sorry, this is not possible using rtMedia-PRO, though we are planning add similar feature, you can track it here.
