Hi, currently photos that are being uploaded are not orientating correctly, can I add a rotate facility if so how?

Since it’s a weekend and the rtcamp folks arent here, I’ll just answer quick – There is no photo rotation built into rtMedia or rtMedia Pro.

While uploading media, rtMedia just passes the file to WordPress for further process, so the uploading process will be carried out by WordPress itself.

If you are uploading media from iPhone, you might face an issue as reported by some users in WordPress support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/
